NOTES:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Keyboard controls:
------------------
press SHIFT+RETURN at player-screen to select course (Original or Tournament)

Description for add on disks:
-----------------------------
To get "leaderboard tournament Disk #1" to work,
at the menu where it asks for the number of players,
insert the addon disk, then press "shift-return".
After some loading the courses will be loaded and you
just play like usual (you can select 1 of 4 courses in
the menu).

To get the "leaderboard executive" addon disk to
work, at the menu where it asks for the number of
players, insert the addon disk, then press
"shift-return". After some loading course A will be
loaded by default, and you just play like usual. If
during gameplay you wish to play course B, you simply
press "/" which takes you to the main menu. Then
press "shift-return" and then press "B" (it says input
course at the bottom of the screen).

Original version protection note:
---------------------------------
The original disk came with a dongle that must be inserted in the tape drive port. On real hardware, if you have a datasette, you can just put in a tape and press play and it will pass the protection.
When using WinVICE just "insert" a TAP image and "start" the datasette motor to bypass the protection.
The linked NIB file is the pure original version and the D64 has been patched to work without the dongle.
